Production & Shipping
Each piece is handmade to order to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful production.
Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be made. Production time does not include shipping.
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched and delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation.
After this 24 hour period, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation. As a slow fashion brand, we begin sourcing fabrics and allocating production resources shortly after an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our materials and production process, cancellations cannot be accommodated beyond this timeframe.
We appreciate your understanding and support of responsible, made-to-order production.
Exchange Only, No Returns
All items are handmade to order and final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Every item is individually produced on demand of the order, with hours of craft and material costs invested. We have a size guide page to help you choose the perfect size. All sizing queries can also be directed to us personally by email or direct Instagram Messages.
We guarantee to exchange a full-price item for a size alteration or size exchange. Goods must be returned to us in the condition as sold and within 10 days of receiving the order. Please email us within 3 days to let us know with the subject title EXCHANGE to info@nimiiny.com. Make sure the item is returned using a tracked service to the address provided.
For exchange items from abroad please make sure you mark your international return as "returned goods." Nimiiny is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or VAT incurred on return shipments.

Import taxes are unfortunately not our responsibility. Do get in touch, as we are happy to give you estimates but cannot be liable for import fees or taxes upon delivery. Please also ensure all contact details are correct on your order so that customs and couriers can contact you if required.
